On 2 September 2016, the following individuals were each awarded 87 shares under the Admiral Group Approved Share Incentive Plan (SIP) at a strike price of £20.511:

Geraint Jones, Admiral Group Chief Financial Officer;

Kevin Chidwick, Chief Executive Officer of the Group's US direct insurance business, Elephant Auto and a person discharging managerial responsibility within Admiral Group plc; and

Cristina Nestares, Head of UK Motor and a person discharging managerial responsibility within Admiral Group plc.

On 3 June 2016, Geraint Jones also acquired 120 dividend shares under the dividend reinvestment plan under the SIP at a strike price of £19.78.
