Update to summons
Reference is made to the summons for bondholders' meetings in Rem Offshore ASA (the "Company") published 23 August 2016, for changes to its bond issues with ISIN NO 001067283.5 and ISIN NO 001072023.8. Please find attached a notice of amendment to the summons for the bondholders' meeting.
The bondholders' meetings will be held on 6 September 2016 at 13:00 (CET) at the premises of Nordic Trustee ASA, Haakon VIIs gt.1, 0161 Oslo.
